• I can't approach the camera via internet

    There can be several reasons:

    1. ActiveX component is not installed correctly.
    2. The IP-port which the camera uses is being blocked by a firewall or anti-virus software. Try a different port or turn off the firewall/anti-virus software temporarily to test.
    3. Port mapping (port-forwarding) isn't working. Read the manual of your router/modem for more information. Note: Foscam cameras support Upnp.
